From The Collector

The artist, Yuko Kimura, is located here in Cleveland and her work is exhibited at the Verne Gallery. I had entered the gallery with two pieces in mind, but after going through the entire gallery, we could not locate the piece of hers I was looking for, a yellow dog with some stars. Michael Verne, as amazing as he is, said he would ask if she could create a piece for me, and that she did.

This piece means a lot to me as our dog Cruiser was entering the final stage of his life, sick from kdiney failure, right around this time. I like to think this is him, up in dog heaven, enjoying the stars.
